Does anyone have a system where they avoid value betting on lower league games?
I’m concerned that some of these trades are on such rarely used markets that the bookies will see them stand out a mile away!

I am wondering the same thing. I am betting lower tier leagues for small bets to test the results. But there are limits. Should I really be betting a league in the Faroe Islands?
I avoid the smaller leagues unless they happen to be from my own country. Even small bets (with higher than sharps odds) should attract the trading teams attention and get you limited/banned. I have failed to follow my own advice on some bookmakers and been given bans quite soon after.
