Need explanation about Over/under bets, please help guys

So I have this value bet :

And where I try to bet on it on bet365 I found two differents types of bet that I believe have the same outcome:

and this one :

as you can see the value bet is on the one with 2.1 odds but I believe that the other bet has the same outcome but the odds are higher.

my question is: Are those two bets similar and I need to choose the one with the higher odds or those two bets are not similar?

It is the second one.
On the second one (U 2) you will get your stake back if it is exactly 2 goals (so not under 2 goals but not over 2 goals either…)
