[Resolved] Can't log in? What to do

I just upgraded to 6 month subscription and haven’t been able to login.

It just says “Incorrect username or password. Note that both username and password are case sensitive. Also, this ValueBetting username is different from any possible Community username.”

So, I changed my password. Thinking maybe something weird happened. Still doesn’t work.


I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. This issue seems to be related to the latest release of the web version.Other users have reported this as well. We hope to have a solution as soon as possible.

Also experiencing the same problem. Its working on my PC but not on my phone. Very weird
