Currently there is an ongoing issue with bet settlement. Some bets have been settled incorrectly and therefore the settlement is paused until this is solved.
For example: some of you may notice that a bet is graded as won or lost but the profit is still zero.
Don’t worry, we will re-run the settlement when this is fixed.

Should I check and settle these manually or just wait till issue is resolved?
I would advise to wait. We’re working on it full time.

Are there issues with bet settlement again today?. No bets have settled in the bet tracker so far today
I have problems too, no bets setlled automatically for any bookie. I use Betfair, Bet365, Unibet, Bet at home
The settlements should work fine now. If not, email support and we’ll take a look.
It might have been down a day or two.
