1 day more has gone and i didn’t get any answer from the support of rebel betting, this is extremely disrespectful, i even created a topic in here yesterday, and still got no response. I am very disappointed with the customer care of Rebelbetting, when their are trying to sell you their products their send dozens of emails everyday, after you are a paying customer there isn’t a single person to respond you after 3 days trying to contact the support team.
Happened the same to me, sent an email 3 days ago asking to suspend my subscription and I didn’t get any answer from them. Hopefully they will see this post and do something.
During the summer holidays, replies are slightly slower (average 2 business days instead of one). Sorry you had to wait a bit longer.
