Hey. I just started 2 weeks ago and already I have got limited on most sites to about 1 eur bet. So, how to prolong account lifetime and value significantly? Warming up the account perhaps for 1 month prior to starting?
How long have you guys managed to keep your accounts open? How big turnover and value have you been able to make from them and with what bet size?
