Hey guys my account is also facing the same issue of verification. They said that I should be having my document in one hand and on the other the device where there mail should be opened. I gave them the picture which they were looking for and that too a super clear one where they don’t even have to zoom in and can read their email and my id details. Plus the image is also more than 1 MB and still my verification is being rejected.
I am also uploading the photo I have given them.

They’re such annoying. Keep sending them what they asking. Eventually when they feel that they have tortured you enough, they will pay you. Withdraw all your money and close your account !

There’s a 1XBet clone with Estonian license, VivatBet.
They limited quickly but didn’t have any problems with withdrawals whatsoever. I’ve heard some people have had problems with them too, though.
