Hello Everyone,
After losing quite a bit of money form 1XBET, I decided to close my account and withdraw whatever money left. By the way, I was limited already.
They have been giving me a very hard time though I complied and provided all necessary documentation.
Is there anything that I can do. Please any suggestion would be much appreciated.

I don’t think so. They’re just fucking scammers. They ask you for the most unlikely documents and then with their bullshit excuses they don’t give you the money.

Hello, I have tried my best about the verification process. Everytime, 1xbet keeps replying to me that they’re not satisfied. All types of excuses . I have received 44 mails so far. It’s very irritating. I have done so many deposits and WITHDRAWALS in the past without issues !!! The fact that I have been severely limited and lost 90 % of my funds, I want to close my account. 1xbet is giving me a hard time for doing that. They’re even ignoring my requests.

@1xBet_Official I find it amazing (but not really surprising) that you are so stringent in the verification process when it comes to withdrawal of funds but not when it comes to depositing funds! It would be very simple to run a money laundering scheme through your operations by depositing funds and placing negative value bets. Soon the funds would be transferred from the bettors account to the “revenue” on your side - and this could go on indefinitely since you will not ask for any verification as long it is a loosing bettor.

Go check how many deposits and withdrawals I have done in the past. Back then everything was ok because you were on a winning role ! The betting community would not tolerate this ! File size should be at least 1MB, as compressed photos will not be accepted. A common problem is that players send documents from Gmail application, where automatically may reduce the size of the photo when sending, so we recommend to check that it does not reduce the size when sending, or send from the full version of the site
