1xBet withdrawal problem

1xBet suddenly asking for a ID document after winning around 500$ ( 1500$->2000$).
They are asking for a ID picture and a selfie, then accusing me of multi accounting, and asking me random names if I know them. Need help guys.

After making some winnings on my account, my account was restricted from making withdrawals for verification purposes. So far, I have complied diligently with all the verification requests but I stumbled upon a problem when you requested that I provide a picture of me, my ID and message from security team…WHICH I DID!!!
But the file I uploaded was rejected for unknown reasons. When I asked for clarification on why they rejected the files, they responded by saying “No further action is possible until the requested file is uploaded and further messages will be ignored”. I find this very confusing and frustrating because I know the picture I uploaded was exactly what was requested (it was clear, high quality, readable text and file size about 1MB). I need help with this problem, so I can regain access to my money and my account.
