I just keep getting a pop up window with this message on my bet365 account “please complete this self assessment questions or certain restrictions will be applied to your account”. Now the problem is that when i click on the button to do this questions, the window that just popped up is just disappearing and nothing happens. I’ve got this message on my screen like 5 times today and every time when i click to do this self assessment nothing happens. Do you know guys how to complete this ??? if i press " complete self assessment" the message will just disappear and that is all…there are no questions that will pop up for me to answer, what should i do ?
