Betting strategy calculator

Hello, I saw someone from the RebelBetting team use a betting strategy calculator in a post somewhere a while back and was wondering if this is public yet and if so where can I find it.

I am currently more or less running the default settings with a few tweaks as my betting strategy but was wondering if anyone have any tips on changes that can be made to make a better strategy
