Hi!
This hoverbox is adapted only for the mobile browser. When you visit the page via the computer and move the mouse pointer over a box where you get a hoverbox, the box disappears when you try to click on a link in the box. 
I’m running Firefox Browser on the macOS Catalina.

Thanks for reporting. However, if you click the on the form, the tooltip will stay put and you can click the link. Not very intuitive, we know. I’ll ask our dev team to look into this to see if they can make some improvements.
Nope, not on firefox 70.0.1 (64-bitars) on macOS
But it’s not a big of a deal just wanted to report it
