Hi! I havn’t done profit in last month, so I think I should get 1 month for free. My new subscription just started today 31.5 and I lost 199€ for the subscription. Is it possible anymore to get my money back and get the free month (I havn’t put any bets yet from the new subscription). I also have put over 700 bets.
Mail the support and explain the situation. I have always found RB to be very accommodating (and I am not saying that because I am a moderator - I have paid for the subscription).
When I started, about 14 moths ago, I asked for, and received, a free month because I was still not profitable.
