Cancellation - Anybody else with same issue

I cancelled my subscription back in April before the end of the trial. But I have subsequently been charged for two months before I realised.

I know that it has happened to others. But I am getting no reply to my emails (Bryan!!)

Poor service

I had that issue but got refund whenever the customer service (finally) got back to me


Please see the last email I sent to you where I described what happened in this case. We are an honest company and are not trying to fool you in any way, and we always try to be as transparent and helpful as can be.

We also reply to all emails, and you can expect a reply even if it sometimes takes a few days (at the latest). Though, during summer we have been a bit short staffed, so it probably took a bit longer before you got a reply.
