I have bank statement for transaction and bank receipt for successful transaction
I received a message in the app saying the operator rejected the deposit, even though the money was successfully sent from my bank. I contacted customer support multiple times, but every time I get the same repeated reply without any real help.
It’s been almost 5 days, and the issue is still not resolved. Please check this urgently and credit the deposit to my account.
