Regarding Valuebet betting, because of the different maximum stake limitation between low tier leagues and popular leagues, so after appling Kelly stake sizing strategy, maybe bet stake of popular league is under maximum limitation, but bet stake of low tier league exceeds its maximum limit, in this case, how to place stake for low tier league so that we can not only meet kelly stake strategy but also make long-term profit? In that case, I think, you bet what the Kelly suggests, or the maximum allowed limit. Whatever tops out first.
