I know bet on all sports have +EV in long term, but does bet on basketball has a higher variance? In most case, the EVs are higher just because one or two points, for example, from (Under185, odds 1.85) to (Under186, odds 1.85). In terms of EV, the later one is higher, but I don’t think this make much difference, as 1 or 2 points increase in basketball is very small, usually you win or lose both onUnder185 and Under186.
