Don't trust 1xbet they took my 10004 rupees for no reason

I’ve been using 1xBet for more than six years, but over the past few months, I’ve faced a lot of serious issues with their platform.
About a month ago, my 1xBet account was blocked. They informed me that it was due to “gambling addiction.” I’m not even a full-time gambler — I rarely place bets. Still, they blocked my account and asked for several personal documents. After around 30 days, my account was finally unblocked.
Last month, I deposited ₹10,004.35 through my friend’s credit card. Soon after, my transactions were blocked, and I couldn’t place bets or withdraw my money. They asked me to contact their security department, so I did. But their response was unreasonable — they demanded photos of all the credit cards I’ve ever used to deposit on their platform.
The problem is, I only have access to the last card I used — I dismantled the others a long time ago. I tried explaining this, but they refused to listen and kept insisting on all the card photos. I begged them to at least let me withdraw my money. I even told them they could permanently block my account afterward if they wanted. Still, they ignored my emails and never helped.
I offered to provide any personal information they needed for verification, but they didn’t care.
So, to anyone reading this — please be careful. Do not deposit your money on 1xBet. They might never let you withdraw it, and dealing with them can cause a lot of stress and mental trauma.
