Hi, since yesterday I am getting this error when trying to log any bet: “Failed to log bet. Bet failed to log. Please try again then contact support”.
I asked for help using the chat, but no answer yet.

Sometimes it helps to log out, clear the cache and restart the browser.
Thanks to both of you. I tried even with a different browser, but no luck. However, I noticed that if I change the stake amount to a smaller one, the bet can be logged. For instance, the stake is 300000 and if I change it to just 300 it logs correctly. Then I go to the tracker and edit the bet to include the actual stake amount, but obviously I don’t want to do this extra step with every bet, specially during the weekend.
(Big numbers are in my local currency, 300000 COP are actually 75 USD).

This issue is resolved now due to the high numbers in your local currency. It was a bug, but it should be sorted now (or anytime soon).
