Web applications are currently very slow for many users (depending on your location).
The reason is an internet backbone connection fault between Frankfurt - Helsinki. Hopefully it will be resolved in a few hours.

Update: Backbone connection is still not back up, but they have identified the faulty hardware.
This may also affect the number of value/sure bets you see.
Nothing we can do but wait unfortunately, the problem is an international network issue. Follow the status here.
