How long does it take to get a post approved

How long does it take to get a post approved by the moderator? i submitted a post yesterday morning and its not yet approved.

Shouldn’t be more than a day or three.

The forum has an automated spam protection system. This should only happen for newer users (without reputation) posting many links or images, which might look suspicious to a bayesian spam filter.
