I have a couple of questions and I hope you can help me.
I am currently in Denmark and do not have access to all bookmakers. The
ones I can access need to be registered with the authorities here, and I
have very low limits with all of them. However, I do have access to
Betfair’s betting exchange.
My question is, is it sufficient to use only Betfair? Will I be able to
find surebets with the software on Betfair?
What betting strategy and type would be the most advantageous for me? (If Possible)

I am not quite sure what you mean with your title…
the answer to your questions are: No; it will not be sufficient with only the BF exchange. Few bets will show up and the odds will change very fast since a lot of bots are placing the bets.
For sure-betting you will need at least one soft book where you are not limited.

And what can be done against limiting? How do you solve this problem? (Without breaking the rules by creating accounts in all sorts of other names??)

There is not much you can do to avoid limitation, only delay it. Plenty of advice here, on the Disc and on the YT. IMO a lot of it is nonsense. If it would be possible then I would be able to quit my day job and just do betting.
