Keep money in the account or withdraw?

In your experience, is it better to keep the money in the account until the ban or withdraw it to keep the bank account low?
Some even told me to add cash to the account every week.

The “mantra”, that keeps being repeated all over internet, is that you should NOT withdraw.
However we have a member who made over 10k€ and he/she withdrew every Monday and redeposited every Friday!
