Have been value betting for 3 weeks now and have placed 2300 bets. I’ve had good results across all sports, apart from football (soccer). My CLV for football has stayed around the 3.5-4% mark, whereas my yield has consistently stayed between -3 to -4%. This has gotten me wondering how reliable the markets are for lower league football, as lots of the “value” opportunities are on these. Should i look to avoid lower leagues and only target top tier divisions or am I simply having a bad run of variance?
