I have just subscribed and this is what i got back. Can anyone tell me why, I cant get anyone to reply from customer service.

You subscribed to the sure betting service, which is not yet available on the web (it will soon be though).

We recently replied to your question to customer service via email, you need to download the sure betting software to be able to access your subscription (which was activated the same minute as your subscription was made). The download link was sent to you with your subscription receipt that you got via email when you subscribed.
