I’m using the value betting tool only to trade manually on bet365. Is there any way for having notifications when a new bet appears?

Not while your mobile screen is turned off no. This is something we will add in the future.
Right now if you keep your screen on to the web page, you will get mobile alerts. Not optimal, but it works.
