Is there a proper process on getting more sportsbooks requested?

I’m from Canada and I think it would be a big improvement since the biggest issue (IMO) is being limited at books for value betting.
I know bet99, cloudbet, and betdsi won’t limit but these are not options we can use in valuebetting
