"No message from server since" warning

Hi there,

I’ve been dealing with a problem for months that I can’t seem to solve, and it’s becoming annoying when trying to bet smoothly. Every time I place a bet, I have to wait for a while until this red message appears:

And NO, I´m not logged in multiple devices. I have checked many times to make sure I don’t have more than one session open, but nothing, I still have this problem. Does anyone else have this issue? I need solutions.

Do you have the same problem too? I didn’t have such a problem a year ago, and I don’t know why it hasn’t been fixed.

I do not have that issue but I bet from a computer.
Have you tried a different web browser; clearing cache and/or re-installing the browser?
If that does not work please contact the RB support.

I haven’t seen this happen on mobile. You’re not reloading the page I hope?

I’m guessing there’s some technical issue with the browser, like losing connection to the websocket.

What mobile and browser are you using?

I’ve tried with Opera and by the moment everything is working ok. I think it was an issue with chrome and edge.
