I’m facing a frustrating issue with 1xbet regarding a deposit I made of 1500 EGP on 23/05/2025 through the Etisalat AppCash. Here are the details:
- Deposit Method: I used the Etisalat AppCash to make the deposit.
- Support Number: When I didn’t receive the funds, I called the number provided by 1xbet for transfers, but it was closed.
- Email Communication: I have sent multiple emails to processing@eg.1xbet-team.com, providing screenshots from the app that show the transaction, as well as a video recording.
- Responses: They always reply that the deposit was successful.
- Contradictory Message: I also received a notification in my 1xbet account stating that the deposit transaction of 1500 EGP was “rejected by operator,” and I have sent a screenshot of this message.
- Transaction History: The transaction is not even visible in my transaction history.
Given this conflicting information, I’m seeking advice on how to escalate this issue or whom to contact for further assistance. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?
