Has anyone received mail verification from bet365 before? they froze my account and said they sent a mail to my house. When I enter the code in this mail into my account, my account will be verified. first they said this mail will reach me in 14 days. Now they say 28 days. Has anyone experienced this before?
you should get mail in few days after they sent it to you
try to chat with support, tell them to send new code
So frustrating the restrictions they are quick to put on or the difficulty they make in even joining
What country are you from?
I know they could address verify you, but I never heard anyone actually getting this letter
