Radical late changes in closing line

I’m new and been value betting for about two weeks. How common is it for radical value changes very close to match time. Here are a few examples from today:

Eerste Divise, 2.5 hrs before match, 4.6%, CLV -8.9%
Romania Liga 1, 90 minutes before match, 7.7%, CLV 2.5%
Egypt Premier, 23 minutes before match, 4.8%, CLV -1.1%
Romania Liga 1, 90 minutes before match, 7.7%, CLV 24.6%
Eerste Divise, 2.5 hrs before match, 5.7%, CLV -7.9%
Eerste Divise, 6 hrs before match, 5.8%, CLV -10.1%

5 of 6 were losers and there are other bets today that were made 12 -18 hours before start time that changed 30 - 40%

Thoughts?

on average, clv is usually 30-50% lower than value taken, hence why a minimum buffer is advised(e.g 4% min edge). This conclusions look like they were drawn over a small sample so randomness should be expected.
