I am new to doing value-betting, but wanted to give it a try.
Here is my results after 134 settled bets and still have 40 pending as we speak.
I was also limited after placing around 20-30 bets. Now I can only place a maximum 230 NOK / 21 USD / 19 EUR per bet regardless the market.
Should I keep the default settings or adjust it? If the suggested stake is above 230 NOK, I will just stake it to 230 NOK. But is this a good idea?
I guess I am also very lucky to begin with these results.

That are indeed some very nice results! I am obviously quite curious about valuebetting but I am just a bit skeptical for it as a longterm strategy given my past experience with surebetting where you constantly get limited and while I am sure I could be able to place bets quite quickly, making an EV profit of like 40 cents per bet would probably result in a bad hourly rate. Valuebetting seems a lot better than surebetting though as you place smaller bets and only relies on one single bet but ultimately it is based on a similar idea where one odds is too high and the second bet is probably fair value but used as a hedge. One way of course is to choose bookmakers that limits less but ultimately it seems like you would exhaust most of them with good odds. Having this said, it would be great to hear from people a few months in.
There are plenty of stories from people a few months in and also from people that have been betting for years.
You are right in regarding the long term viability - without access to accounts the profits will dry up.
Do NOT deposit 40kNOK with a soft bookie. That is an immediate red flag that will lead to fast limitation - like you experienced yourself.
Try to stay below 800€ as initial deposit.
