The sound on sure bets works sometimes but mostly not

Indeed. Same on Valuebetting for me. Even though the sound is activated in the settings, only sometimes I hear the sound (when higher-value bets appear), but mostly they just appear silently so I have to keep an eye on the tabsheet at all times if I don’t want to miss any.
Could this be fixed?
