As far as I can tell, there are only two books that support American players that don’t live in Vegas or NJ on Value Bet. Is there any plan to add more? Are there more that I am just missing?
Edit: Am currently on 5dimes and Betonline.
First off, adding new US bookmakers is high on our list since most states are considering opening up for sports betting again. 
According to a random list I found on the internet (so please excuse any inaccuracies), it should be possible to register on the following bookmakers from the US:
Intertops, WilliamHill, Bookmaker.eu, BetOnline, SBO, Bwin, Unibet, Bet-at-home, Expekt, Betclic, 888sport, Bet365 (try https://bet365.com.cy)
Some of these are probably Las Vegas or NJ only, but check them out and please let me know so we can update the recommendations. Thanks!
I will check these out when I get home. I’m not in Nevada or NJ, but I am on intertops, bookmaker, betonline, and 5dimes. Of which I highly recommend 5dimes and bookmaker.
