Tax on bookmaker is not working

For German users: Tax on bookmaker not working in my case.
On top in German the tax is applied neither on the stake nor the profit but on the return.

How to fix that? The cumulative profit does not reflect reality at all.

Same setting, 6% on profit just to test, on some bets no taxes deducted

on others just 5%…
