When I hit ‘recalculate’, on my logged bets, what is happening? I didn’t change any of my odds/bet amount, but the value changed regardless, by a tiny amount. Does it keep a running account of the closing line?
The bet tracker keeps track of avg edge placed and avg clv, so to answer your question, Yes it does keep account of the closing line. You can see this in your bet tracker dashboard

Cool, just to clarify then, when I clicked recalculate on a logged bet, it recalculates the value I took against the current value at, say, Pinnacle, letting me know what the current value is, not what I initially took?
