Hi i am new and wondered when the software indicates “value disappeared” aside from bookies lowering the odds, does this mean that value odds are the actual odds?

It means the true/sharp odds increased, so it’s no longer a value bet (above 1%).
It does not necessarily mean the soft odds align perfectly with the sharp odds.
