at the moment there are less bets, but when the action will be back in september, you will have a lot of bets with bet365… so i would take from 3 to 3,5%+ value bets if you have just one bookmaker that you can work with

I would not go below 3.5%
If you get enough bets to flip the bankroll, then go with higher value. If necessary drop it to see if you get more bets, if that is required.
This days I never go below 3.7%.
