ValueBetting Feature requests

System is Down right?? Also I would like to have access to historical data if possible.

A new release caused 2 minutes of downtime, sorry about that.

I see that you are going to include exchange soon.

What I would like to see is the available liquidity amount along with the value in valuebetting before I go to the particular site.

Available liqudity for:
Betfair exchange
BetInAsia
Sportmarket

I have seen other surebetting sites show this. So it should be possible in valuebetting aswell

Hello,

Not sure if it’s planned or if it’s been asked yet but I would like to be able to have a different bankroll for each bookmaker. Currently, my allocation is unbalanced and 5% of my total bankroll could represent 25% of my balance on one of the bookmakers I use, making it likely to go bankrupt with this specific bookmaker. I want to avoid having to withdraw from the other bookmakers to deposit again on the one where I lost all my balance.

I’d like to see if possible average daily turnover per bookmaker.

Or average number of bets daily per bookmaker.

Hello,

Here is another request :

Would it be possible to add an option to cap the value used when computing the kelly criterion ?
For example I would like to show all the bets up to 30% value but cap it at 5% in the formula (because from my findings the yield doesn’t increase linearly with the value).

This is quite different than limiting the stake size because it only caps stakes that are high because of the value and not the ones due to the high probability.

Just so I understand, why can’t you just set a reasonable max stake percentage and max odds?

Hi,

Because I don’t want to limit a 6% value bet @1.25 but want to limit a 20% bet @3.10.
However, this would only make sense if like I suspect, the real yield does not increase linearly with the value when it starts getting high (>6% ?). Can you confirm if that’s the case or not ?

Anyways that’s quite specific so I’ll probably do it myself on my end if it turns out to be effective.

Would it be possible to make the bet button for expekt to take you to www.expekt.se? I have it set to .se in the options, but it still takes me to www.expekt.com instead. Expekt doesn’t have a search function, so it would be really helpful.

Good question!

27% of yield can be explained by your average value bet percentage (adj. R-squared).

For high avg values (over 6%), this correlation increases to 38%.

This seems like a bug, will be fixed in next release.

Hi there,

I use mostly BetInAsia and Sportmarket. So I can only talk about those two. It seems like the odds stream from them is somewhat instable. Right now, BetInAsia is not working again. In the two weeks I am here, I saw whole days without any bets. Now I know that maintaining those streams is a lot of work and sometimes it is also the bookmakers fault.
However, what I would appreciate, is kind of a dashboard where I can see if it is currently working well or not. This could be a simple traffic-light system which shows if the number of odds received is within a certain range or significantly lower than usual. So I don’t waste my time in front of the computer if it is not working anyway. Also, if there isn’t something like this available internally already, this would also be help for the Devs, so they don’t depend on users reporting it.

Thanks!

Thanks, it does take me to expekt.se now, although it just takes me to the starting page. Would it be possible to have it redirect me to the specific match, like it does with a lot of the other ones? Like for example, if the match is Arsenal vs Everton, could it take me here:

https://www.expekt.se/sport-odds/fotboll-s1/eng-premier-league-c3/everton-arsenal-m2781963

instead of here:

https://www.expekt.se/sport-odds/ ?

Or is this not possible with expekt? I don’t know a thing about computers or programming haha.

Yes it’s actually possible now, was not possible before because they had two very different sites for UK and SE. So deep links will be implemented in a future version.

It would be helpful if we could see our yield for different odds in the report. For example yield for odds 1.10-1.50, 1.50-20 etc…

Some feature request for Web ValueBetting:

  • Able to disable first half bets
  • Able to hide bets where AH value is higher or lower than a specific value. Maybe also add sport. For example hide all AH basket bets if AH value is higher than +2 or -6.

It’s great that you’ve added the amount that has already been bet on a certain match, but I would like to also see if the previous bet(s) are on the side or total (AH+7 or O65 for example). The reason for this should be self explatory.

Yes, this is an experimental feature. We will add a more fine-grained sum in the future. or perhaps showing the exact bets.

Instead of seeing 10 possible bets in the browser I would LOVE to see more of them. I skip like 90% of bets on softs (trying to avoid getting banned) so I have to click removeremoveremove a lot before I find an acceptable bet to bet on.

It would be nice to be able to enter the amount that we have deposited on every bookie and then the software would keep track of how much we have on each bookie based on won and lost bets. I have this feature on a Excel Sheet and it really helps keep track on financial status.

Im sorry if this feature was already suggested, i didnt read the whole topic.
